Permits
Preparation and supply of removal permit.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Some of the fittings within the house may be kept by the owner ie: light fittings, curtains and dishwasher. This usually does not happen however they have the right until it has been agreed that the house will be purchased from them.

Relocation to your land
All transport of the above to the agreed location within Victoria.
Covering or tarping of all exposed areas of the building during works.
Drilling of stump holes as per the agreement.
Concrete stump pads.
Concrete stumps.
Reinstatement of any weatherboards removed for transport except those that cannot be removed without damage.
Leveling and joining of the building structurally Inc joists and bearers, frame, roof trusses, floor, ceiling joists.
New joists and bearers in fire place if existed.
We will supply enough plaster in the price for you to repair all joins or damage.
Replacement of any windows damaged in transit.

On completion and final payment you will receive a copy of all plans, soil test results, energy rating, engineering and any related documentation. On receipt of your certificate of occupancy you will receive your seven year structural warranty.
As of the 1st Oct 2009 all building permits will be owner builder in line with the Building Commission recommendation and requirement unless you prefer our builder. Warranty still applies as normal and a registered builder will over see all works as always. This also means you do not need to obtain a building permit to complete the works to certificate of occupancy, saving you a minimum of $1,500.
